Our Philsophy

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

The Ibero American High School is willing to offer holistic educational opportunities to anyone who sincerely wishes to actively attain personal, professional and/or societal advancement through pursuing an education with us.

Our school hosts a collaborative brand of educational programs that intends to provide educational opportunities and experiences leading to the acquisition of an accredited U.S. High School Diploma.

Students are afforded the opportunity of achieving valuable skills and knowledge for entering the workplace or pursuing further study, as well as embracing high moral standards and developing positive social values and attitudes.
Emphasis is placed on fostering an optimal environment (for staff and students) based on Christian-based morality, promoting and stimulating learning while developing students into positive and productive citizens of our community.

A significant section of our educational program focuses on student experiences and tackling real problems such as violence, hunger, international terrorism, inflation, and inequality with social action.

Strategies for dealing with controversial issues (particularly in social studies and literature), inquiry and dialogue are also our focus. Similarly, community-based learning and bringing the world into our classroom is also strategically used in our school.

It should be noted that our staff of educators are continuously being prepared to promote the development of each child based on his/her personal circumstances (age, language, previous schooling), interests and disadvantages, using these as positive challenges to motivate and reinforce learning and skill acquisition.

As such, we can unquestionably signify that Ibero American High School advocates for the promotion of a more rounded student growth, particularly in the following areas:
a) Cultural literacy,
b) Co-curricular and extra-curricular development,
c) The application of pre-vocational subjects,
d) Sports,
e) Social-emotional development and
f) Entrepreneurial education.

Given the generally difficult financial circumstances of the intended student body, the school considers it of vital importance to maintain the tuition fees and payment structures at functionally minimum levels in order that there be no such barriers to the educational programs offered.
